My Journey to Culinary Creation
Before embarking on this exciting journey as a food business owner, blogger, and cookbook author, my life was deeply rooted in the restaurant industry in France. Those years were not just a career; they were a prelude to my destiny in the culinary world. Working in fine dining restaurants, I was introduced to an array of ingredients and cooking techniques that were beyond my wildest dreams. Coming from a simple culinary background of “meat and potatoes, salt and pepper,” each new flavor I encountered was a revelation, a love affair that began with every new bite.
This exposure ignited a passion within me. My kitchen at home transformed into a laboratory of culinary experimentation. It was there that my love for cooking truly blossomed, where I realized that creating dishes was not just a task, but an art form and a way to express myself.
